We offer a 30-day return policy on all SunVara orders. To initiate a return, email us at info@sunvara.com within 30 days of receiving your product.. All returned products must be in unused, new condition.
Packaging
Products should be returned in their original packaging. On the outside the box, simply write your order number, name and your return address. On the inside, include your printed invoice slip and/or contact information, order number, and reason for return.
Return Shipping
Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs (i.e FedEx/UPS shipping label). We require that you choose a shipping method that is trackable.
Refunds
Once we receive your package, it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition in the original packaging, we will issue a refund less original shipping fees.
If the item was purchased as a gift, you’ll be issued an in-store credit less original shipping fees.
